Item ВПЛИВ СТРЕСОГЕННИХ ЧИННИКІВ НА МОТИВАЦІЙНУ СПРЯМОВАНІСТЬ ОСОБИСТОСТІ(2024) Славінська, О. А.Робота присвячена дослідженню впливу стресогенних чинників на мотиваційну спрямованість особистості в умовах сучасних викликів та воєнного стану в Україні. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади впливу стресу на мотиваційну сферу особистості. Визначено особливості взаємозв'язку між рівнем стресостійкості та характером мотиваційної спрямованості. Проведено емпіричне дослідження впливу стресогенних чинників на мотиваційну спрямованість особистості. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено комплекс рекомендацій щодо формування та підтримки мотиваційної спрямованості особистості в умовах впливу стресогенних чинників. Запропоновано вправи на розвиток стресостійкості та пошук ресурсів подолання стресу з використанням інструментів та методів арт-терапії. The work is devoted to the study of the influence of stress factors on the motivational orientation of personality in modern challenges and martial law in Ukraine. The theoretical foundations of the impact of stress on the motivational sphere of personality are analyzed. The peculiarities of the relationship between the level of stress resistance and the nature of motivational orientation are determined. An empirical study of the influence of stress factors on the motivational orientation of personality was conducted. Based on the obtained results, a set of recommendations for the formation and maintenance of motivational orientation of personality under the influence of stress factors has been developed. Exercises for the development of stress resistance and search for stress coping resources using art therapy tools and methods are proposed.Item МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗВИТКУ АДАПТАЦІЙНИХ ЗМІН У КЛІТИНАХ В УМОВАХ СТРЕСУ(2023) Андрющенко, О. П.Реакція клітинного стресу є відповіддю на зміни або коливання позаклітинних умов, які пошкоджують структуру та функцію макромолекул. Різні стресори викликають різні клітинні реакції, а саме ініціюють механізми відновлення клітин, індукують клітинні відповіді, які призводять до тимчасової адаптації до деяких стресорів, провокують аутофагію або викликають загибель клітин. Постійний клітинний стрес часто підвищує сприйнятливість до раку, діабету, серцево - судинних та нейродегенеративних захворювань. Метою цієї роботи є дослідження механізмів розвитку адаптаційних змін у клітинах в умовах стресу. У першому розділі описуються різні типів стресу та відповідно процеси розвитку пристосувань у клітинах які спричинені подразниками. У другому розділі наводяться приклади метаболічних та структурних змін у клітинах за допомогою сучасних методів. У третьому розділі висвітлюються механізми адаптаційних змін у клітинах в умовах стресу, та результативность нових методів, які направлені на дослідження даної проблематики. The cellular stress response is a response to changes or fluctuations in extracellular conditions that damage the structure and function of macromolecules. Different stressors trigger different cellular responses, namely, they initiate cell repair mechanisms, induce cellular responses that lead to temporary adaptation to certain stressors, provoke autophagy, or cause cell death.Constant cellular stress often increases susceptibility to cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. The purpose of this work is to study the mechanisms of the development of adaptive changes in cells under conditions of stress. The first chapter describes different types of stress and, accordingly, the processes of development of adaptations in cells that are caused by stimuli. The second chapter provides examples of metabolic and structural changes in cells using modern methods. The third chapter highlights the mechanisms of adaptive changes in cells under conditions of stress, and the effectiveness of new methods aimed at researching this issue.
