В.У сучасних умовах реформування освітнього процесу та впровадження концепції Нової української школи особливої актуальності набуває необхідність розвитку у молодших школярів умінь працювати в команді, адже труднощі у налагодженні конструктивної ділової та міжособистісної взаємодії суттєво знижують ефективність навчання і гальмують особистісний розвиток учнів. У роботі проаналізовано стан дослідження проблеми у науково-педагогічній літературі, уточнити сутність основних понять випускної роботи; визначено критерії, показники та рівні сформованості умінь молодших школярів працювати в команді; теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови формування у молодших школярів умінь працювати в команді. In modern conditions of reforming the educational process and implementing the concept of the New Ukrainian School, the need to develop teamwork skills in junior high school students becomes especially important, as difficulties in establishing constructive business and interpersonal interaction significantly reduce learning efficiency and inhibit students' personal development. The paper analyzes the state of research of the problem in the scientific and pedagogical literature, to clarify the essence of the basic concepts of the final work; criteria, indicators and levels of formation of skills of junior schoolchildren to work in a team are determined; theoretically substantiate and experimentally tested the pedagogical conditions for the formation of junior students' ability to work in a team.Item ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ КОМАНДИ В ПРОФСПІЛКОВІЙ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ СТУДЕНТІВ(2021) Щербик, А. А.Нашу роботу присвячено дослідженню психологічних особливостей формування команди в профспілковій організації студентів. У першому розділі ми визначили поняття «команда», «тімбілдінг» та розглянули способи формування ефективної команди. В другому розділі ми запропонували програму тімбілдінгу в профспілковій організації студентів та проаналізували результати проведеного курсу тренінгів. Our work is devoted to the study of psychological features of team formation in the trade union organization of students. In the first section, we defined the concepts of "team", "team building" and considered ways to form an effective team. In the second section, we proposed a team building program in a student trade union and analyzed the results of the training course.
