    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню поняття «незаконна міграція», місця незаконної міграції в структурі міграційних процесів, дослідженню законодавства США, Німеччини, Великобританії та України в сфері особливостей міграційної політики і протидії незаконній міграції, визначенню суспільно-небезпечних наслідків незаконної міграції для національної безпеки країн. Qualifying work is sanctified to research of concept "illegal migration", place of illegal migration in the structure of migratory processes, to research of legislation of the USA, Germany, Great Britain and Ukraine in the sphere of features of migratory politics and counteraction to illegal migration, determination of publicly-dangerous consequences of illegal migration for national safety of countries.
