Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВПЛИВУ ПРОЦЕСІВ УРБАНІЗАЦІЇ НА СТАН НАВКОЛИШНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ)(2020) Гуда, К. О.У науковій роботі розкрито особливості процесів урбанізації та їх вплив на навколишнє середовище на прикладі Херсонської області. В першому розділі мова йде про поняття «урбанізації», передумови її виникнення, основні риси та екологічні наслідки урбанізації. У другому розділі подано аналіз основних урбоекологічних проблем в Україні, вплив цих процесів на навколишнє середовище на прикладі Херсонської області. Охарактеризовано територіальну диференціацію рівня забруднення навколишнього середовища між урбанізованими місцевостями області та не урбанізованими місцевостями. Проаналізовано пряму залежність між рівнем забруднення навколишнього середовища і рівнем урбанізованості певної місцевості. У третьому розділі представлені шляхи поліпшення стану навколишнього середовища в Херсонській області. Обґрунтовано необхідність регулювання рівня викиду шкідливих речовин в атмосферу об’єктами промислового сектору. Запропоновано варіанти оптимізації рівня шкідливих викидів шляхом запровадження жорстких нормативів до технічної бази та технологічного процесу підприємств. The scientific work reveals the features of urbanization processes and their impact on the environment on the example of Kherson region. The first section deals with the concept of "urbanization", the preconditions for its emergence, the main features and environmental consequences of urbanization. The second section presents an analysis of the main urban environmental problems in Ukraine, the impact of these processes on the environment on the example of Kherson region. Territorial differentiation of the level of environmental pollution between urban areas of the region and non-urban areas is characterized. The direct relationship between the level of environmental pollution and the level of urbanization of a particular area is analyzed. The third section presents ways to improve the environment in the Kherson region. The necessity of regulating the level of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere by objects of the industrial sector is substantiated. Options for optimizing the level of harmful emissions by introducing strict standards to the technical base and technological process of enterprises are proposed.Item МІГРАЦІЙНІ ОЧІКУВАННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ НА ТЛІ СУЧАСНИХ МІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ В УКРАЇНІ(2020) Засименко, В. О.у науковій роботі розкрито особливості міграційних очікувань населення в Херсонській області на тлі загальноукраїнських міграційних тенденцій. В першому розділі мова йде про поняття «міграції», її види, причини виникнення, світові тенденції міграційних процесів. У другому розділі подано аналіз масштабів, динаміки, напрямків основних міграційних потоків. Охарактеризовано територіальну диференціацію рівня міграційної активності населення, проблеми та соціально-економічні наслідки трудової міграції в Україні. У третьому розділі представлені результати дослідження міграційних очікувань населення Херсонської області в оцінках респондентів, виявлено територіальні особливості рівня міграційної активності в межах області. Обґрунтовано необхідність регулювання та запропоновано шляхи оптимізації міграцій населення. The research reveals the peculiarities of migration expectations of the population in the Kherson region against the background of all-Ukrainian migration trends. The first section deals with the concept of "migration", its types, causes, global trends in migration processes. The second section presents an analysis of the scale, dynamics, directions of the main migration flows. Territorial differentiation of the level of migration activity of the population, problems and socio-economic consequences of labor migration in Ukraine are characterized. The third section presents the results of a study of migration expectations of the population of Kherson region in the assessments of respondents, identified territorial features of the level of migration activity within the region. The necessity of regulation is substantiated and the ways of optimization of population migrations are offered.
