Розвиток малого та середнього бізнесу є важливою передумовою для функціонування стабільної економіки країни, через те, що ці види підприємницької діяльності займають основну частину підприємництва та створюють велику кількість робочих місць. Причинами відсутності безперервної діяльності таких підприємств є достатній перелік факторів, які включать в себе збитки внаслідок пандемії COVID-19 на обмеження у постачанні, виробництві, продажу та споживанні. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of taxation of small and medium-sized businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The development of small and medium-sized businesses is an important prerequisite for the functioning of the country's stable economy, due to the fact that these types of business activities occupy the main part of entrepreneurship and create a large number of jobs. The reasons for the lack of continuous activity of such enterprises are a sufficient list of factors, which include losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic due to restrictions in supply, production, sales and consumption.Item УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ОРГАНІВ ПУБЛІЧНОЇ ВЛАДИ(2022) Крапівнікова, А. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів інформаційного забезпечення та впровадження сучасних технологій роботи з інформацією в органах публічної влади та вдосконалення інформаційного забезпечення організації діяльності Херсонської міської ради. На даному етапі електронні послуги є найпоширенішою сферою у сфері електронного урядування, оскільки стосуються кожного громадянина країни. Інформаційні технології надають нові можливості, які потрібно реалізовувати в адміністративних процесах, оскільки це гарантована можливість доступу громадськості до інформації та контролю діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування. Потреба в удосконаленні інформаційного забезпечення є нагальною, оскільки це забезпечить ефективну організацію діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування, особливу роботу Херсонської міської ради. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of information support and the implementation of modern technologies for working with information in public authorities and improvement of information support for the organization of activities of the Kherson City Council. At this stage, electronic services are the most widespread field in the field of e-government, as they concern every citizen of the country. Information technologies provide new opportunities that need to be implemented in administrative processes, as this is a guaranteed opportunity for the public to access information and control the activities of local self-government bodies. The need to improve information support is urgent, as it will ensure the effective organization of the activities of local self-government bodies, the special work of the Kherson City Council.
