В.У кваліфікаційній роботі на тему «Роль та функції Національної поліції в забезпеченні громадської безпеки» розкрито теоретико-правові засади, практичні аспекти та перспективи діяльності Національної поліції України у сфері забезпечення громадської безпеки. У роботі визначено поняття, ознаки та складові громадської безпеки, проаналізовано правові основи, принципи та функції діяльності Національної поліції. Особливу увагу приділено структурним підрозділам поліції, основним викликам та загрозам громадській безпеці, а також напрямам удосконалення діяльності поліції у цій сфері. The qualification work on the topic "The Role and Functions of the National Police in Ensuring Public Safety" explores the theoretical and legal foundations, practical aspects, and prospects for the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of public safety. The study defines the concept, characteristics, and components of public safety, analyzes the legal framework, principles, and functions of police activities. Particular attention is paid to the structural units of the police, major challenges and threats to public safety, as well as ways to improve police performance in this area.
