Item КІБЕРЗЛОЧИННІСТЬ ТА ВИКЛИКИ КІБЕРБЕЗПЕКИ ДЛЯ ПРАВООХОРОННИХ ОРГАНІВ(2024) Хрустальов, А. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню кіберзлочинності та викликів кібербезпеки для правоохоронних органів. Проаналізовано основні види кіберзлочинів, такі як хакерські атаки, фішинг, фінансове шахрайство, поширення шкідливого програмного забезпечення та інші, а також їх вплив на національну безпеку та діяльність правоохоронних органів. Проведено огляд міжнародного досвіду боротьби з кіберзлочинністю, включаючи правові механізми, методи співпраці між країнами та впровадження сучасних технологій. Розглянуто національну практику України, зокрема аналіз нормативно-правової бази, роботу відповідних державних органів і основні виклики, що ускладнюють ефективну протидію кіберзлочинам. У роботі розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення правового регулювання, посилення міжнародного співробітництва та використання інноваційних технологій для підвищення ефективності діяльності правоохоронних органів у сфері кібербезпеки. The qualification work is devoted to the study of cybercrime and cybersecurity challenges for law enforcement agencies. It analyzes the main types of cybercrimes, such as hacking attacks, phishing, financial fraud, malware distribution, and others, as well as their impact on national security and the activities of law enforcement agencies. An overview of international practices in combating cybercrime is provided, including legal mechanisms, methods of international cooperation, and the implementation of modern technologies. The national practice of Ukraine is examined, particularly the analysis of the legal framework, the work of relevant state bodies, and the main challenges complicating effective counteraction to cybercrime. The work develops recommendations for improving legal regulation, strengthening international cooperation, and using innovative technologies to enhance the efficiency of law enforcement agencies in the field of cybersecurity.Item ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗВИТКУ ПОСЛУГ У СФЕРІ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ І СПОРТУ: ЦИФРОВІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ В СПОРТІ(2024) Глухов, І. Г.В роботі визначено теоретичні підходи до розвитку послуг у сфері фізичної культури і спорту. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції ринку спортивних послуг; досліджено роль і вплив цифрових технологій на розвиток спортивних послуг; вивчено управлінську діяльність різних категорій працівників у сфері фізичної культури та спорту. Розроблено модель організаційно-економічного механізму управління спортивними послугами із застосуванням цифрових технологій; оцінено економічну ефективність впровадження цифрових рішень у сферу спорту; надано рекомендації для спортивних організацій з впровадження цифрових технологій. The study identifies theoretical approaches to the development of services in the field of physical culture and sports. Current trends in the sports services market are analyzed, and the role and impact of digital technologies on the development of sports services are examined. The managerial activities of various categories of employees in the field of physical culture and sports are studied. A model of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing sports services using digital technologies is developed. The economic efficiency of implementing digital solutions in the sports sector is assessed, and recommendations are provided for sports organizations on integrating digital technologies.
