Досліджено види стратегій та особливості їх впровадження в умовах VUCA – світу. Представлена загальна організаційно-економічна характеристика ПрАТ «Дубномолоко» та проведено оцінку конкурентного положення підприємства. Виявлені стратегічні проблеми розвитку підприємства в умовах воєнного часу. Запропоновано напрями забезпеченн стратегічного розвитку підприємства на міжнародних ринках. The essence and content of the strategic development of enterprises are studied. The types of strategies and peculiarities of their implementation in the VUCA-world are studied. The general organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC “Dubnomoloko” are presented and the competitive position of enterprise is evaluated. The strategic problems of enterprise development in wartime are identified. The qualification work investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the competitiveness of future specialists in the field of vocational education. М.У роботі узагальнено наукові дослідження зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених з питань формування організаційної структури управління; досліджено механізм формування організаційної структури управління ¬у підприємницьких структурах; надано оцінку існуючої методики аналізу організаційних структур управління у підприємницьких структурах та внесено пропозиції щодо її ¬вдосконалення. Розроблено механізм формування корпоративного центру у великих диверсифікованих компаніях. Запропоновано модель формування організаційної структури управління у підприємницьких структурах та розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації організаційної структури управління підприємством. The work summarizes the scientific research of foreign and domestic scientists on the formation of the organizational structure of management; the mechanism of formation of the organizational structure of management in entrepreneurial structures was investigated; an assessment of the existing methodology for the analysis of organizational structures of management in business structures is provided and suggestions for its improvement are made. A mechanism for forming a corporate center in large diversified companies has been developed. A model of the formation of the organizational structure of management in entrepreneurial structures is proposed, and recommendations for optimizing the organizational structure of enterprise management are developed.Item МЕХАНІЗМИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИХ ГРОМАД(2021) Топчій, А. Визначено особливості розроблення програмних документів, направлених на зростання конкурентоспроможності територіальної громади. Проведено оцінювання сучасного стану розвитку житлово-комунального господарства у Бериславській міській територіальній громаді. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання сучасних методів визначення проблемних складових у розвитку територіальних громад. Запропоновано інвестиційні механізми фінансування розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади. The essence and significance of competition in the conditions of realization of the new regional policy are defined. Peculiarities of determining the level of capacity of territorial communities have been studied. Budget mechanisms for financing the development of the united territorial community have been identified. The state of development of Beryslav city territorial community is investigated. Peculiarities of development of program documents aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the territorial community are determined. An assessment of the current state of development of housing and communal services in the Beryslav city territorial community was conducted. The expediency of using modern methods of determining problem components in the development of territorial communities is substantiated. The essence of competition and competitiveness in the system of market relations is investigated. Modern features of strategic management of enterprise competitiveness are determined. The international experience of enterprise competitiveness management is analyzed. The main indicators of economic activity of Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after A. and O. Tropinykh ". The assessment of the level of competitiveness of the researched enterprise is carried out. The level of development of health care institutions of Kherson region is analyzed. Peculiarities of formation of strategy of increase of competitiveness of the enterprise are defined. A method for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise has been developed.Item Підвищення експортного потенціалу економіки України в умовах евроінтеграції(2020) Нікішенко, В. В.Зовнішньоекономічна діяльність відіграє величезну роль у поліпшенні економічного стану держави, поліпшенні рівня життя людей та зміцненні позицій держави на світовій арені. Експортні операції, які є невід'ємною частиною зовнішньоекономічної операції і, отже, максимізація прибутку можлива лише завдяки найбільш ефективній організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Дослідженно та проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти експертного потенціалу економіки в умовах європейської інтеграції країни. Встановлено, що на зовнішньоекономічну діяльність України справляє значний вплив диспропорційність окремих її суб'єктів, їхня низька конкурентоспроможність, відставання у вирішенні назрілих соціальних проблем і неефективне використання регіональних ресурсів. Foreign economic activity plays a huge role in improving the economic condition of the state, improving the living standards of the people and strengthening the position of the state on the world stage. Export operations, which are an integral part of foreign trade operations and, therefore, profit maximization is possible only through the most efficient organization of foreign economic activity. Theoretical aspects of the expert potential of the economy in the conditions of European integration of the country are researched and analyzed. It is established that the foreign economic activity of Ukraine is significantly influenced by the disproportion of some of its subjects, their low competitiveness, lag in solving pressing social problems and inefficient use of regional resources.
