The paper investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the logistics system formation, clarifies the concepts of “logistics” and “logistics system”; methods of development and implementation of the logistics system and factors influencing its formation. Р.Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження механізму удосконалення системи управління та адміністрування у діяльності територіальних громад. Основні завдання: деталізувати концептуальні основи системи управління та адміністрування у діяльності територіальних громад; розкрити структуризацію стратегічного планування як складової стратегічного управління територіальних громад; здійснити аналіз стратегічного управління територіальних громад Херсонської області; дослідити соціально-економічні складові діяльності територіальних громад; провести стратегічний аналіз територіальних громад Херсонської області; Дипломна робота складається із вступу, двох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. The aim of qualifying work is research of mechanism of improvement of control system and administration at activity of territorial communities. Basic tasks: to go into detail conceptual bases of control system and administration in activity of territorial communities; to expose структуризацію of the strategic planning as a constituent of strategic management of territorial communities; to carry out the analysis of strategic management of territorial communities of the Kherson area; to investigate the socio-economic constituents of activity of territorial communities; to conduct the strategic analysis of territorial communities of the Kherson area; Diploma work consists of entry, two divisions, conclusions, list of the used literature and additions
