В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженні механізмів військового відновлення туристичної дестинації на прикладі Чорнобаївської громади. Аналізується вплив війни на туристичну інфраструктуру та економіку регіону, а також розпочалися ключові напрямки відновлення. Розглядаються стратегії відновлення туристичних об'єктів, реконструкції інфраструктури та залучення інвестицій у розвиток туризму. Оцінюється роль місцевих громад у процесі відновлення та інтеграції сталого туризму як інструмент економічного відродження. Приділяється увага розробці нових туристичних продуктів, таких як екологічний, культурний та агротуризм, а також маркетинговим стратегіям для популяризації регіону. Висновки підкреслюють важливість координації дій між місцевими органами влади, бізнесом і громадськістю для ефективного відновлення. The qualification work is devoted to the study of mechanisms of military restoration of a tourist destination using the example of the Chornobayevo community. The impact of the war on the tourism infrastructure and economy of the region is analyzed, and key areas of restoration have been initiated. Strategies for the restoration of tourist facilities, reconstruction of infrastructure, and attraction of investments in tourism development are considered. The role of local communities in the restoration process and the integration of sustainable tourism as a tool for economic revival is assessed. Attention is paid to the development of new tourism products, such as ecological, cultural, and agrotourism, as well as marketing strategies for promoting the region. The conclusions emphasize the importance of coordinating actions between local authorities, business, and the public for effective restoration.Item Механізми стимулювання економічного розвитку регіонів України(2020) Баранова, А. В.Досліджено теоретичні основи економічного розвитку регіонів у сучасних умовах функціонування. Визначено особливості формування механізму стимулювання економічного розвитку регіонів. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід залучення іноземних інвестицій для забезпечення економічного розвитку регіонів. Досліджено сучасні підходи до оцінювання розвитку адміністративно-територіальних одиниць. Виявлено основні недоліки та переваги впровадження сучасних методів аналізу розвитку територій. Визначено основні механізми стимулювання економічного розвитку регіонів України. Обґрунтовано доцільність запровадження методики оцінювання як основи залучення інвестиційних ресурсів в економіку регіону. The theoretical bases of economic development of regions in modern conditions of functioning are investigated. Peculiarities of formation of the mechanism of stimulation of economic development of regions are defined. The international experience of attracting foreign investments to ensure the economic development of the regions is analyzed. Modern approaches to assessing the development of administrative-territorial units are studied. The main shortcomings and advantages of introduction of modern methods of the analysis of development of territories are revealed. The main mechanisms of stimulating the economic development of the regions of Ukraine are determined. The expediency of introducing evaluation methods as a basis for attracting investment resources into the region's economy is substantiated.Item Формування програми розвитку підприємства в умовах сучасності(2020) Кравченко О. Здійснено управлінський аналіз зовнішнього та внутрішнього бізнес-середовища підприємства. Досліджено особливості формування програм розвитку підприємства. Визначено стратегічні альтернативи і обгрунтовано вибір оптимальної інвестиційної програми розвитку ТОВ «СТАТЕР» в умовах кризи. The essence and features of the process of development program development are investigated. The procedure for selection and formation of development programs is determined. Peculiarities of development of the mechanism of sustainable development of the enterprise are determined. The state of economic development of STATER LLC has been studied. The financial results of the enterprise are analyzed. The managerial analysis of the external and internal business environment of the enterprise is carried out. Peculiarities of formation of enterprise development programs are investigated. Strategic alternatives are determined and the choice of the optimal investment program for the development of STATER LLC in the conditions of crisis is substantiated.
