The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of information support and the implementation of modern technologies for working with information in public authorities and improvement of information support for the organization of activities of the Kherson City Council. Р.Реформа децентралізації внесла найвагомішу лепту у зміни управління місцевого самоврядування в 2020 році. Вона повністю змінила структуру органів місцевого самоврядування. У такий час, потрібні гідні управлінці, які зможуть адаптуватися, і будуть вести за собою інших кваліфікованих, компетентних кадрів. У зв’язку з утворенням нових структурних підрозділів виникла гостра потреба у наборі персоналу до публічної служби. Водночас, необхідно забезпечити прозорий підбір персоналу, зрозумілим для кандидатів, на базі тих знань, навичок та умінь, якими володіє особа. Щоб зрозуміти, чи зможе даний кандидат принести максимум користі та отримувати зарплату за якісну роботу. Персонал – є головною статтею витрат, грошова винагорода за виконану роботу виплачується з бюджету територіальної громади, за рахунок податків, які сплачують місцеві жителі, які зацікавлені в тому, щоб персонал навпаки, був головною статтею активів і залучав якомога, більше коштів до місцевого бюджету, та ефективно його розподіляв.
