    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу організації ефективного управління у сфері ресторанного бізнесу на прикладі ресторану «Терраса». Проаналізовано ключові аспекти управління, включаючи планування, контроль якості, мотивацію персоналу та оптимізацію бізнес-процесів. Особливо увага приділена формуванню клієнтоорієнтованої стратегії та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності закладу. Розглянуто роль інноваційних підходів у підвищенні ефективності роботи ресторану. На основі отриманих даних розроблено практичні рекомендації для покращення управлінських рішень. Висновки підкреслюють важливість системного підходу та гнучкості в управлінні. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of organizing effective management in the restaurant business using the example of the restaurant "Terrasa". Key aspects of management are analyzed, including planning, quality control, staff motivation and optimization of business processes. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a customer-oriented strategy and increasing the competitiveness of the institution. The role of innovative approaches in increasing the efficiency of the restaurant's work is considered. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations for improving management decisions are developed. The conclusions emphasize the importance of a systematic approach and flexibility in management.

    В даній роботі теоретично обґрунтувано та емпірично досліджено взаємозв’язок лідерства з емоційним інтелектом у менеджерів для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, визначено сутність лідерства в контексті емоційного інтелекту, проаналізовано стилі керівництва-лідерства та оцінено їх ефективність, досліджено особливості взаємозв’язку стилю управління (лідерства) з емоційним інтелектом у менеджерів, обґрунтувані практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку емоційного інтелекту менеджерів для формування лідерського потенціалу сучасного бізнесу, підведено відповідні підсумки In this work, the relationship between leadership and emotional intelligence in managers is theoretically substantiated and empirically investigated to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise, the essence of leadership in the context of emotional intelligence is determined, management leadership styles are analyzed and their effectiveness is evaluated, the peculiarities of the relationship between management (leadership) style are investigated. with emotional intelligence in managers, substantiated practical recommendations for the development of emotional intelligence of managers for the formation of the leadership potential of modern business, relevant conclusions are drawn.

    УПРАВЛІННЯ МАРКЕТИНГОВОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ НА ПРИКЛАДІ МЕРЕЖІ АЗС ПАТ «УКРНАФТА»

    Магістерська робота на тему «Управління маркетинговою діяльністю на прикладі мережі АЗС ПАТ «УКРНАФТА» складається зі вступу, трьох основних розділів, висновків, літератури (44 джерела) та додатків (3 штуки). Робота виконана на 70 сторінках, містить в собі 14 таблиць та 7 рисунків. Метою роботи є розроблення шляхів вдосконалення маркетинговою діяльності для ПАТ АЗС «Укрнафта» на основі вивчення теоретичних знань маркетингової діяльності, аналізу фінансово-економічних показників та оцінці ринку середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є процес інформаційного забезпечення маркетингової діяльності ПАТ АЗС «УКРНАФТА». У першому розділі роботи наведені теоретико-методологічні аспекти управління маркетинговою діяльністю підприємства. У другому розділі автором було проаналізована ситуація на ринку автозаправних станцій України. За допомогою самостійного проведення анкетування були визначення проблеми, з якими стикають споживачі у реальному часі. У третьому розділі була проаналізована маркетингова діяльність АЗС ПАТ «Укрнафта» за допомогою PEST-аналізу та SWOT-аналізу, а також складені шляхи вдосколення маркетингової діяльності. The master's thesis on the topic «Management of marketing activities on the example of the network of petrol stations of PJSC "Ukrnafta» consists of an introduction, three main chapters, conclusions, references (44 sources) and appendices (3 pieces). The work is executed on 70 pages, contains 14 tables and 7 figures. The purpose of the study is to develop ways to improve marketing activities for PJSC Ukrnafta petrol stations based on the study of theoretical knowledge of marketing activities, analysis of financial and economic indicators and assessment of the market environment. The object of the study is the process of information support of marketing activities of PJSC "Ukrnafta" filling stations. The first section of the article presents the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the marketing activities of an enterprise. In the second section the author analyses the situation on the market of petrol stations in Ukraine. By means of an independent survey, the problems faced by consumers in real time were identified. The third section analyses the marketing activities of Ukrnafta's petrol stations using PEST-analysis and SWOT-analysis, and also suggests ways to improve marketing activities.

    У роботі узагальнено наукові дослідження зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених з питань формування організаційної структури управління; досліджено механізм формування організаційної структури управління ¬у підприємницьких структурах; надано оцінку існуючої методики аналізу організаційних структур управління у підприємницьких структурах та внесено пропозиції щодо її ¬вдосконалення. Розроблено механізм формування корпоративного центру у великих диверсифікованих компаніях. Запропоновано модель формування організаційної структури управління у підприємницьких структурах та розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації організаційної структури управління підприємством. The work summarizes the scientific research of foreign and domestic scientists on the formation of the organizational structure of management; the mechanism of formation of the organizational structure of management in entrepreneurial structures was investigated; an assessment of the existing methodology for the analysis of organizational structures of management in business structures is provided and suggestions for its improvement are made. A mechanism for forming a corporate center in large diversified companies has been developed. A model of the formation of the organizational structure of management in entrepreneurial structures is proposed, and recommendations for optimizing the organizational structure of enterprise management are developed.

    В роботі визначено теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження проблем місцевого самоврядування системи публічної влади Німеччини. Розкрито особливості національного досвіду місцевого самоврядування у німецькому суспільстві. Виявлено основні тенденції розвитку самоврядних основ місцевої влади в землі Північний Рейн-Вестфалія в сучасних умовах та можливості розширення участі громадян в управлінні місцевою територією. Розкрито значення політичних партій та громадських об'єднань для діяльності органів місцевої влади. The paper defines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the problems of local self-government in the system of public power in Germany. The features of the national experience of local self-government in German society are revealed. The main trends in the development of self-governing foundations of local government in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in modern conditions and the possibility of expanding the participation of citizens in the management of the local territory are revealed. The importance of political parties and public associations for the activities of local authorities is revealed.

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних основ організації управління персоналом в системі адміністрування закладів фізичного виховання та спорту. В інтегративному, узагальнюючо-синтезуючому аспекті висвітлено теоретичні основи управління, сучасні концепції теорії управління, форми, функції, тенденції та проблеми розвитку фізичної культури та спорту. На цій основі обґрунтовано значення сфери фізичного виховання і спорту як соціальної системи, розкрито організаційну структуру управління вітчизняним фізкультурно-спортивним рухом, охарактеризовано особливості функціонування цієї системи на сучасному етапі. Qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical foundations of personnel management in the system of administration of physical education and sports. In the integrative, generalizing-synthesizing aspect the theoretical bases of management, modern concepts of the theory of management, forms, functions, tendencies and problems of development of physical culture and sports are covered. On this basis, the importance of physical education and sports as a social system is substantiated, the organizational structure of the management of the national physical culture and sports movement is revealed, the peculiarities of the functioning of this system at the present stage are characterized.

    Визначено сутність і значення конкуренції в умовах реалізації нової регіональної політики. Досліджено особливості визначення рівня спроможності територіальних громад. Визначено бюджетні механізми фінансування розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади. Досліджено стан розвитку Бериславської міської територіальної громади. Визначено особливості розроблення програмних документів, направлених на зростання конкурентоспроможності територіальної громади. Проведено оцінювання сучасного стану розвитку житлово-комунального господарства у Бериславській міській територіальній громаді. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання сучасних методів визначення проблемних складових у розвитку територіальних громад. Запропоновано інвестиційні механізми фінансування розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади. The essence and significance of competition in the conditions of realization of the new regional policy are defined. Peculiarities of determining the level of capacity of territorial communities have been studied. Budget mechanisms for financing the development of the united territorial community have been identified. The state of development of Beryslav city territorial community is investigated. Peculiarities of development of program documents aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the territorial community are determined. An assessment of the current state of development of housing and communal services in the Beryslav city territorial community was conducted. The expediency of using modern methods of determining problem components in the development of territorial communities is substantiated. Investment mechanisms for financing the development of the united territorial community are proposed.

    ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНА ПОВЕДІНКА В СИСТЕМІ ПУБЛІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ТА АДМІНІСТРУВАННЯ

    В роботі досліджено передумови та напрямки вдосконалення внутрішнього середовища адміністративно-державного управління на сучасному етапі; уточнено поняття «організаційна поведінка», а також позначена специфіка організаційної поведінки в адміністративно-державному управлінні, що дозволяє розглядати адміністративну поведінку як особливий, характерний тип. Розкрито сутність і джерела факторів, що визначають організаційну поведінку в адміністративній системі управління, а також внутрішній зміст факторів, що детермінують організаційну поведінку. Визначені основні перешкоди для формування позитивної, соціально-орієнтованої організаційної поведінки, усунення яких в змозі забезпечити оптимізацію діяльності державних органів і службовців. Запропоновані способи оптимізації моделі організаційної взаємодії в адміністративній системі. The paper examines the preconditions and areas for improving the internal environment of administrative and public administration at the present stage; we specified the concept of "organizational behavior", we also marked the specificity of organizational behavior in administrative and public administration, which allows considering administrative behavior as a special, characteristic type. The essence and sources of factors that determine organizational behavior in the administrative management system were revealed, as well as the internal content of factors that determine organizational behavior. We have identified the main obstacles to the formation of positive, socially-oriented organizational behavior, the elimination of which can ensure the optimization of government agencies and employees. Methods of optimization of the model of organizational interaction in the administrative system have been offered.
