Item СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ НА ОСНОВІ ПРОЄКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ(2021) Соловйов, Н. А.В роботі проаналізовано можливості застосування методів проєктного менеджменту для цілей стратегічного планування підприємств. Розроблено методичні основи формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, а саме: уявлення стратегії підприємства в якості системи, формування її змістовної моделі та уточнення поняття «стратегія підприємства»; розробка логічної структури стратегії підприємства на основі проєктного менеджменту; визначення змінних і параметрів системи «стратегія підприємства». Запропонована методика формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, що включає: порядок проведення «SWOT-аналізу» і визначення стратегічних цілей функціональних областей. The paper analyzes the possibilities of applying project management methods for the purposes of strategic planning of enterprises. Methodical bases of enterprise strategy formation on the principles of project management are developed, namely: representation of the enterprise strategy as system, formation of its substantial model and specification of concept "strategy of the enterprise"; development of logical structure of enterprise strategy on the basis of project management; determination of variables and parameters of the "enterprise strategy" system. The method of strategy formation of the enterprise on principles of project management is offered, including: the order of carrying out "SWOT-analysis" and definition of the functional areas strategic purposes.Item Управління якістю СПА-послуг готельного господарства(2020) Трофімішина, А. С.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра висвітлюється актуальна тема управління якістю послуг. Наведено приклади методів підняття та контролю якості на підприємстві. Проаналізовано тенденцію розвитку СПА-послуг у світі та Україні. Виявивши попит на дані послуги, запропоновано відкриття СПА-центру на території готелю «Autobiography» задля підвищення конкурентоспроможності та прибутку закладу розміщення. Розроблено концепцію СПА-центру з розрахунком його економічної ефективності. Також, було запропоновано систему контролю та підвищення рівня якості послуг. The qualifying work for the master's degree covers the topical issue of service quality management. Examples of methods of raising and quality control at the enterprise are given. The tendency of development of SPA-services in the world and Ukraine is analyzed. Having identified the demand for these services, it is proposed to open a spa on the territory of the hotel "Autobiography" in order to increase the competitiveness and profits of the accommodation. The concept of the SPA-center with calculation of its economic efficiency is developed. Also, a system of control and improving the quality of services was proposed.Item Методика організації проєктної діяльності учнів закладу загальної середньої освіти на заняттях трудового навчання(2020) Шаруділова, О. О.Технології є одним з навчальних предметів, які утворюють складову змісту освітньої діяльності. Заняття трудового навчання в закладах середньої освіти утворюють справжні умови для придбання особистих перспектив індивідуального для кожного учня. Ось це зобов’язує сучасних умінь та підходів до методики трудового навчання, яка має своїм обов’язком на меті утворювати ключові компетентності: підготувати учнів до трудової роботи у різноманітних сферах праці, дати учням загальну інформацію про основи виробництва, новітню техніку, технології, усі професії та зобов’язування професій до учня; замотивувати учнів до оригінальності і винахідливості технологічних робіт; формувати уміння розв’язання практично творчих завдань. Technology is one of the academic subjects that form a component of the content of educational activities. Classes of labor training in secondary education institutions form real conditions for acquiring personal prospects individually for each student. This obliges modern skills and approaches to the methodology of labor training, which has its duty to form key competencies: prepare students for work in various fields of work, give students general information about the basics of production, the latest equipment, technologies, all professions and obligations of professions to the student; motivate students to the originality and ingenuity of technological work; form the ability to solve almost creative problems.
