Item Адміністративно-правовий статус державної прикордонної служби України(2020) Блик, В. В.Присвячена комплексному дослідженню визначенні змісту адміністративно-юрисдикційного провадження в органах Державної прикордонної служби України та їх місця в адміністративному процесі; розробці рекомендацій щодо удосконалення адміністративного законодавства та законодавства про забезпечення режиму державного кордону України. В роботі охарактеризовано поняття адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності як функції органів Державної прикордонної служби України; обґрунтовано особливе місце органів Державної прикордонної служби України в системі адміністративно-юрисдикційних органів; проаналізовано чинне законодавство України та інших держав про адміністративні правопорушення і практику його застосування органами Державної прикордонної служби України; визначено ступінь правового регулювання адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності органу Державної прикордонної служби України та сформулювати пропозиції щодо доповнень і уточнень до чинного адміністративного законодавства. Dedicated to a comprehensive study of determining the content of administrative and jurisdictional proceedings in the bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and their place in the administrative process; development of recommendations for improvement of administrative legislation and legislation on ensuring the regime of the state border of Ukraine. The paper describes the concept of administrative and jurisdictional activities as a function of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine; the special place of the bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the system of administrative-jurisdictional bodies is substantiated; the current legislation of Ukraine and other states on administrative offenses and the practice of its application by the bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine are analyzed; the degree of legal regulation of administrative-jurisdictional activity of the body of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is determined and formulate proposals on additions and clarifications to the current administrative legislation.
