Item ПРАВОВИЙ ЗАХИСТ ПРАВ ДИТИНИ В УМОВАХ ЗБРОЙНОГО КОНФЛІКТУ(2025) Болсун А. М.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню міжнародних та національних правових інструментів захисту прав дитини в умовах ведення бойових дій. У дослідженні проаналізовано систему міжнародного гуманітарного права, роль міжнародних судових інстанцій та гуманітарних організацій у запобіганні воєнним злочинам проти дітей. Особливу увагу приділено викликам, що постали перед Україною внаслідок повномасштабної агресії, яку розгорнула росія, зокрема питанням депортації, примусового переміщення та порушення права на безпечну освіту. Автор обґрунтовує необхідність удосконалення механізмів фіксації правопорушень та розробляє рекомендації щодо посилення превентивної архітектури захисту прав дитини на національному рівні з метою забезпечення подальшої репатріації та реабілітації потерпілих. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of international and national legal instruments for the protection of children's rights in the conditions of hostilities. The study analyzed the system of international humanitarian law, the role of international courts and humanitarian organizations in preventing war crimes against children. Special attention is paid to the challenges faced by Ukraine as a result of the full-scale aggression launched by Russia, in particular the issues of deportation, forced displacement and violation of the right to a safe education. The author substantiates the need to improve mechanisms for recording offenses and develops recommendations for strengthening the preventive architecture of protection of children's rights at the national level in order to ensure further repatriation and rehabilitation of victims.
