Item ПРОТИДІЯ КІБЕРЗЛОЧИНАМ: ТЕОРІЯ ТА ПРАКТИКА(2025) Ващенко Д. Ю.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню правової природи кіберзлочинності як однієї з найвагоміших загроз національній та міжнародній безпеці в умовах цифровізації суспільства. У дослідженні розкрито зміст поняття «кіберзлочинність», здійснено систематизацію видів цифрових правопорушень та проаналізовано методику їх вчинення з використанням новітніх технологій, зокрема штучного інтелекту. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу методів боротьби з кіберзагрозами в умовах повномасштабної агресії, яку здійснює росія, та вивченню міжнародного досвіду співпраці правоохоронних органів у сфері кібербезпеки. Автор пропонує конкретні шляхи вдосконалення вітчизняного законодавства та техніко-криміналістичних засобів збирання електронних доказів для підвищення ефективності розслідування кіберзлочинів. The qualification work is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of cybercrime as one of the most serious threats to national and international security in the conditions of digitalization of society. The study revealed the meaning of the concept of "cybercrime", systematized the types of digital offenses and analyzed the methods of their commission using the latest technologies, in particular artificial intelligence. Special attention is paid to the analysis of methods of combating cyber threats in the conditions of full-scale aggression carried out by Russia, and to the study of the international experience of law enforcement cooperation in the field of cyber security. The author offers specific ways to improve domestic legislation and technical and forensic means of collecting electronic evidence to increase the effectiveness of cybercrime investigations.
