Item ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ГЕНДЕРНОЇ РІВНОСТІ ТА ПРАВ ЖІНОК У ПОСТКОНФЛІКТНИЙ ПЕРІОД(2025) Воробйов С. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню правових та соціальних механізмів забезпечення гендерної рівності в умовах постконфліктного відновлення. У дослідженні проаналізовано міжнародні стандарти захисту прав жінок, зокрема Резолюцію РБ ООН 1325, та особливості їх імплементації в національне законодавство України в контексті подолання наслідків збройної агресії, яку здійснила росія. Автор розкриває роль жінок у процесах миробудівництва, аналізує заходи щодо запобігання гендерно зумовленому насильству та пропонує стратегічні підходи до формування інклюзивної системи державного управління. Робота містить обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо посилення інституційної спроможності держави у сфері дотримання прав жінок та інтеграції гендерного мейнстримінгу в політику повоєнної реконструкції. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of legal and social mechanisms for ensuring gender equality in the conditions of post-conflict reconstruction. The study analyzes international standards for the protection of women's rights, in particular UN Security Council Resolution 1325, and the specifics of their implementation in the national legislation of Ukraine in the context of overcoming the consequences of armed aggression carried out by Russia. The author reveals the role of women in peacebuilding processes, analyzes measures to prevent gender-based violence and offers strategic approaches to the formation of an inclusive system of public administration. The work contains well-founded recommendations for strengthening the institutional capacity of the state in the field of observing women's rights and integrating gender mainstreaming into the post-war reconstruction policy.
