Item ІНСТИТУЦІЙНО-НОРМАТИВНА СКЛАДОВА СИСТЕМИ ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ(2025) Устименко В. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню правових та організаційних засад функціонування системи внутрішньої безпеки Збройних Сил України в умовах сучасних безпекових викликів. У дослідженні проаналізовано інституційну структуру та нормативну базу, що регламентує діяльність органів військового управління, Військової служби правопорядку та контррозвідувальних підрозділів у контексті протидії внутрішнім загрозам, корупційним ризикам та інформаційно-психологічному впливу. Особливу увагу приділено процесу трансформації сектору оборони з метою досягнення сумісності зі стандартами НАТО та посилення демократичного цивільного контролю в умовах відсічі збройній агресії, яку здійснює росія. Автор обґрунтовує необхідність подальшої цифровізації процедур моніторингу та вдосконалення правових механізмів захисту військового потенціалу, що є стратегічною передумовою бойової стійкості Збройних Сил та національної безпеки держави в цілому. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal and organizational foundations of the functioning of the internal security system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of modern security challenges. The study analyzed the institutional structure and regulatory framework that regulates the activities of the military administration, the Military Law and Order Service, and counterintelligence units in the context of countering internal threats, corruption risks, and informational and psychological influence. Special attention is paid to the process of transformation of the defense sector with the aim of achieving compatibility with NATO standards and strengthening democratic civilian control in the conditions of repelling armed aggression carried out by Russia. The author substantiates the need for further digitization of monitoring procedures and improvement of legal mechanisms for the protection of military potential, which is a strategic prerequisite for the combat stability of the Armed Forces and national security of the state as a whole.
