Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВИМИ РИЗИКАМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ(2024) Мельников, В. Ю.У роботі досліджуються особливості управління фінансовими ризиками підприємств в умовах воєнного стану. Враховуючи нестабільність та невизначеність, які супроводжують воєнний стан, аналізуються ключові фінансові ризики, з якими стикаються підприємства, та методи їх мінімізації. Розглядаються такі аспекти, як забезпечення ліквідності, управління кредитним ризиком, хеджування валютних ризиків та адаптація фінансових стратегій. Дослідження також охоплює аналіз впливу воєнного стану на фінансові показники підприємств та розробку рекомендацій для підвищення стійкості бізнесу. Особлива увага приділяється розробці адаптивних фінансових моделей та стратегій, які допоможуть підприємствам ефективно функціонувати в умовах підвищеної ризикованості. Результати дослідження мають практичну значущість для фінансових менеджерів, інвесторів та інших стейкхолдерів, надаючи інструменти для ефективного управління фінансовими ризиками в умовах воєнного стану та забезпечення стабільного функціонування підприємств. The paper investigates the features of enterprise financial risk management in conditions of martial law. Considering the instability and uncertainty accompanying martial law, the key financial risks faced by enterprises and methods for their mitigation are analyzed. Aspects such as ensuring liquidity, managing credit risk, hedging currency risks, and adapting financial strategies are examined. The research also includes an analysis of the impact of martial law on the financial performance of enterprises and the development of recommendations for enhancing business resilience. Special attention is given to the development of adaptive financial models and strategies to help enterprises operate effectively under increased risk conditions. The research findings have practical significance for financial managers, investors, and other stakeholders, providing tools for effective financial risk management under martial law and ensuring the stable operation of enterprises.Item РЕНТАБЕЛЬНІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇЇ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ(2023) Фреїв, В. В.Сучасне ринкове середовище висуває нові вимоги до вітчизняних компаній, такі як збільшення обсягів виробництва та розвитку в умовах конкуренції, поглиблення інтеграційних процесів та впливу факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Жодна господарська діяльність не є перспективною, якщо її фінансові результати не є позитивними і не характеризуються позитивною динамікою зростання. Тому увага всіх керівників все частіше зосереджується на величині отриманого прибутку та орендної плати компанії. Тому для створення оптимального рівня прибутковості керівникам компаній необхідно усвідомлювати зміст і сутність цієї концепції при прийнятті продуманих бізнес-рішень, спрямованих на підвищення рентабельності. The modern market environment imposes new requirements on domestic companies, such as increasing the volume of production and development in conditions of competition, deepening integration processes and the influence of external and internal environmental factors. No economic activity is promising if its financial results are not positive and are not characterized by positive growth dynamics. Therefore, the attention of all managers is increasingly focused on the amount of profit and rent of the company. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена діагностиці кризового стану та загрози банкрутства підприємства. У роботі проведено детальний аналіз теоретичних та практичних аспектів, пов'язаних з виявленням кризових ознак та прогнозуванням можливості банкрутства підприємства. Досліджено різні методи діагностики кризового стану, такі як фінансовий аналіз, аналіз ринку, аналіз конкурентоспроможності та інші. У роботі розглянуто основні показники, що свідчать про кризовий стан підприємства, такі як зниження прибутковості, зростання заборгованості, зменшення оборотного капіталу тощо. Крім того, досліджено фактори, які можуть призвести до загрози банкрутства, зокрема недостатнє фінансування, недоцільне управління ресурсами, неефективна стратегія розвитку тощо. The qualification work is dedicated to diagnosing the crisis state and the threat of bankruptcy of an enterprise. The paper provides a detailed analysis of theoretical and practical aspects related to identifying crisis indicators and predicting the possibility of enterprise bankruptcy. Various methods of diagnosing the crisis state are examined, such as financial analysis, market analysis, competitiveness analysis, and others. The work explores key indicators that indicate the crisis state of an enterprise, such as declining profitability, increasing indebtedness, decreasing working capital, and so on. Additionally, factors that can lead to the threat of bankruptcy are investigated, including inadequate financing, inefficient resource management, ineffective development strategies, and others.Item ОЦІНКА ФІНАНСОВОГО СТАНУ ЯК ПЕРЕДУМОВА ЕФЕКТИВНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ(2023) Склема, В.
