В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена оцінці ефективності управління фондом оплати праці на підприємствах виноробної галузі як одного з напрямків до удосконалення бізнес – процесів, підвищення прибутковості та загальної конкурентоспроможності виноробних підприємств Херсонської області. У роботі розглянутий науковий доробок щодо проблем управління фондом оплати праці підприємств; визначено складові та фактори впливу на управління фондом оплати праці вітчизняних підприємств; висвітлено нормативно – правову та законодавчу базу регулювання питань управління фондом оплати праці на підприємствах; здійснено економічний аналіз стану та тенденцій формування фонду оплати праці на підприємствах виноробної галузі Херсонської області. The qualification work is devoted to the evaluation of the efficiency of the wage fund management at the enterprises of the wine industry as one of the directions to the improvement of business processes, increase of profitability and general competitiveness of the wine enterprises of the Kherson region. The paper considers the scientific achievements on the problems of management of the remuneration fund of enterprises; the components and factors of influence on the management of the wage fund of domestic enterprises are determined; the normative - legal and legislative base of regulation of issues of management of the salary fund at the enterprises is covered; the economic analysis of a condition and tendencies of formation of fund of payment of work at the enterprises of wine branch of the Kherson area is carried out.Item ОЦІНКА ПРИБУТКОВОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЯК ОДИН ІЗ ВЕКТОРІВ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ШЛЯХІВ ЇЇ ЗРОСТАННЯ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ПАТ «ПІВДЕННА ВИНОКУРНЯ»)(2021) Пех, Т. Є.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенню резервів та шляхів зростання прибутковості виробництва на даному підприємстві на підставі оцінки та аналізу її показників. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні та методичні основи прибутковості на підприємствах та дослідити наукові підходи до визначення поняття «прибутковість»; досліджено питання щодо основних показників прибутковості підприємств; проаналізовано організаційно-економічний стан підприємства ПрАТ «Південна винокурня» Херсонської області; здійснено оцінку та аналіз стану прибутковості на підприємстві за ряд років та чинників його розвитку. Qualification work is devoted to the definition of reserves and ways to increase the profitability of production at the enterprise on the basis of assessment and analysis of its indicators. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена оцінці рівня конкурентоспроможності окремих виноградно – виноробних підприємств Херсонської області та визначення напрямів її підвищення в умовах кризи галузі. У роботі узагальнені теоретичні і методичні основи та проаналізувати економічну думку щодо сутності категорії «конкурентоспроможність»; досліджені підходи щодо визначення показників рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємств; оцінено сучасний стан виноградно – виноробного виробництва в Україні. The qualification work is devoted to the assessment of the level of competitiveness of separate grape and wine enterprises of the Kherson region and the determination of the directions of its increase in the conditions of the crisis of the branch. У роботі розглянуті сутність і поняття фінансових ресурсів підприємства, визначені механізм формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства та методику проведення аналізу фінансових ресурсів підприємства, проведено аналіз ефективності використання власних фінансових ресурсів виробничого підприємства, досліджено напрями оптимізації фінансових ресурсів підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Qualification work is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for optimizing financial resources of the enterprise. У роботі розглянуті теоретичні основи управління інвестиційною привабливістю підприємства; проведено оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в сучасних умовах; проаналізовані основні організаційно-економічні показники діяльності підприємства; розроблені рекомендації щодо підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Qualification work is devoted to the development of recommendations for increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise in terms of expanding production. The theoretical bases of management of investment attractiveness of the enterprise are considered in the work; the assessment of investment attractiveness of the enterprise in modern conditions is carried out; the main organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise activity are analyzed; developed recommendations for increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise.
