ТВОРЧА СПАДЩИНА О. А. ЗАХАРЕНКА У ПІДГОТОВЦІ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ОСВІТНЬОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду значення у професійному становленні менеджерів освітньої галузі звернення до історичної педагогічної традиції, досвіду і творчої спадщини директорів навчальних шкіл України другої половини ХІХ ст., зокрема О. А. Захаренка (60-90-і рр.) – одного із творців нової української школи – Сахнівської. Розкрито роль О. А. Захаренка у розвиткові по висхідній лінії української педагогічної науки і практики, закладенні основ сучасної педагогічної теорії і практики, зокрема в аспекті дослідження управління навчально-виховним процесом у школі (у другій половині ХХ ст. – школознавство, на початку ХХ ст. – освітній менеджмент). На основі аналізу основних напрямів практичної педагогічної та управлінської діяльності директора Сахнівської школи нами було доведено, що робота О. А. Захаренка підтверджує, розвиває форми, методи, прийоми і засоби роботи, які має використовувати сучасний директор школи, конкретизує теоретичні аспекти освітнього менеджменту – основу підготовки магістрів зі спеціальності «Освітній менеджмент. Управління освітніми закладами». Статья посвящена рассмотрению значения в профессиональном становлении менеджеров образования обращения к исторической педагогической традиции, опыту и творческому наследию директоров учебных школ Украины второй половины XX в., в частности А. А. Захаренко (60-90-е гг.) – одного из создателей новой украинской школы – Сахновской. Раскрыта роль А. А. Захаренко в развитии по восходящей линии украинской педагогической науки и практики, закладке основ современной педагогической теории и практики, в частности в аспекте исследования управления учебно-воспитательным процессом в школе (во второй половине ХХ в. – школоведение, в начале ХХ ст. – образовательный менеджмент). На основе анализа основных направлений практической педагогической и управленческой деятельности директора Сахновской школы нами было доказано, что работа О. А. Захаренко подтверждает, развивает формы, методы, приемы и средства работы, которые может использовать современный директор школы, конкретизирует теоретические аспекты образовательного менеджмента – основу подготовки магистров по специальности «Образовательный менеджмент. Управления образовательными учреждениями ». The article is sanctified to consideration of value in the professional becoming of managers of educational industry of address to historical pedagogical tradition, experience and creative inheritance of directors of educational schools of Ukraine of the second half of ХІХ of century, in particular О. А. Zaharenko (60-90th) - one of creators of new Ukrainian school - Sahnivska. The role of О. А. Zaharenko is exposed to development on the ascending line of Ukrainian pedagogical science and practice, landing the bases of modern pedagogical theory and practice, in particular in the aspect of research management educational process at school school (in the second half of ХХ of century – school researches, at the beginning ХХ of century is an educational management). The article deals with the social and historical background of the formation of the reform of international innovative motion in the management of educational institutions, which led to the creation of such schools as Sahnivska, which opposed traditional and for which characteristic feature was the attention to the child, based on individual approach, focus on independent work (development of autonomy); labor orientation; create conditions for the activities of student government; Parental and public assistance in the work of these institutions. It was shown that their creators were teaching teams, led by true enthusiasts, professionals who have deep knowledge, rooting for the country, for its future - children. In basis of guidance by educational activity of О. А. Zaharenko it was fixed development of creative activity and independence of pupils. The essence of his pedagogical concept of education there was pedagogics of concrete aim, that gave an opportunity to the director to unite a collective, instil to the children love to labour; to fix the material and technical base of school and others like that. It is proved that in his work headmaster used scientifically based on the time management principles and methods: consistency, consistency, transparency,democracy, creativity, humanity, responsibility, initiative, mutual trust and mutual support, and others. Based on consideration of the main directions of practical teaching and administrative activity of director of Sahnivska school we have proved that the work O. A. Zaharenko confirms, develops forms, methods, receptions and facilities of work, that modern head master must use, specifies the theoretical aspects of educational management - basis of preparation of master's degrees of speciality the "Educational management. Management of educational establishments".
