СИСТЕМНИЙ ПІДХІД У ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ОСВІТНЬОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовується сутність системного підходу професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів освітньої галузі, розкриваються основні принципи системного підходу. Визначено низку взаємопов’язаних аспектів системного підходу, а саме, системно-елементного, системно-структурного, системно-функціонального, системно-комунікаційного, системно-інтеграційного, системно-історичного. Встановлено, що особливість професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів освітньої галузі визначається інтеграцією організаційного та педагогічного компонентів, що зумовлюється їх взаємодією, відповідністю змісту цього процесу потребам суспільства, активністю суб’єктів на всіх етапах його реалізації. В статье обосновывается сущность системного подхода профессиональной подготовки будущих менеджеров образования, раскрываются основные принципы системного подхода. Определен ряд взаимосвязанных аспектов системного подхода: системно-элементного, системно-структурного, системно-функционального, системно-коммуникационного, системно-интеграционного, системно-исторического. Особенность профессиональной подготовки будущих менеджеров образования определяется интеграцией организационного и педагогического компонентов, поэтому целостность системы обеспечивается их взаимодействием, соответствием содержания этого процесса потребностям общества, активностью субъектов его реализации. The matter of the comprehensive approach of training future managers of the educational sector training is substantiated in the article. It discloses the basic principles of a comprehensive approach that characterized by: priority ultimate goal; consideration of the system as a whole and the totality of elements; study of the parts considering the compatibility of its links with the surroundings; introduction of a hierarchy of elements and their ranking; general review of the structure and function and also the priority of function over the structure; taking into account the variability of the system, its ability to develop, to expand, replacing the accumulation of information; uncertainty and contingencies in the system and so on. According to the analysis, it was found a number of scientific papers related to the aspects, which together constitute the unity and systematic approach, namely, system-element, system-structural, systematic and functional, system and communication, system-integration, system-historical. The peculiarity of training future managers of the educational sector is determined by the integration of organizational and educational components. So the professional integrity of their interaction is provided, matched the contents of this process to the needs of society, activeness in all phases of its implementation. Thus, a comprehensive approach allows to determine the structural elements of the model training, to carry out their analysis, to provide persistent external and internal communications also identify system principles revealing the contents and conditions to justify the process of preparing future managers of the educational sector.
