СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ПІДГОТОВКИ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ КАДРІВ ЗА МАГІСТЕРСЬКОЮ ПРОГРАМОЮ «УПРАВЛІННЯ НАВЧАЛЬНИМ ЗАКЛАДОМ (ЗА ТИПОМ)»

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблеми підготовки управлінських кадрів для освітньої галузі за магістерськими програмами у вищих навчальних закладах та закладах післядипломної освіти в умовах децентралізації влади і реформування освітньої галузі. Розкрито сучасні шляхи, форми, методи організації навчального процесу за магістерською програмою «Управління навчальним закладом (за типом)». Автор фокусує увагу на таких методах, як моделювання, аналіз конкретних ситуацій, порівняльний аналіз, історична ретроспектива. До провідних умов, що впливають на це й процес відносимо: тип, структуру, контингент майбутніх управлінців, програмне забезпечення, використання сучасних інформаційних технологій, поєднання теоретичних і практичних курсів, визнання важливості регіонального підходу, побудови навчальних планів на принципах неперервності, співпраці та співтворчості. Статья посвящена освещению проблемы подготовки управленческих кадров для образовательной отрасли в процессе подготовки магистров в высших учебных заведениях и заведениях последипломного образования в условиях децентрализации власти и реформирования образовательной отрасли. Раскрыты современные направления, формы, методы организации учебного процесса по магистерской программе «Управление учебным заведением (по типу)». Автор фокусирует внимание на таких методах, как моделирование, анализ конкретных ситуаций, сравнительный анализ, историческая ретроспектива. К ведущим условиям, влияющих на этот процесс относим: тип, структуру, контингент будущих управленцев, программное обеспечение, использование современных информационных технологий, сочетание теоретических и практических курсов, признание важности регионального подхода, построения учебных планов на принципах непрерывности, сотрудничества и сотворчества. The article is devoted to highlighting of the problem of managers’ training for education sector grounding in master's programs in the higher educational institutions and institutions of postgraduate education in the conditions of decentralization of power and reforming of the education sector. The modern trends, forms, methods of organization of educational process according to master's program "Management of educational institution (according to type)". The author focuses on such methods, as modelling (demonstrative, subjectmathematical (schematic), the logical-semantic (descriptive)), the analysis of specific situations, comparative analysis, historical retrospective. In the leading conditions that affect of this process includes: the type, structure, contingent of future managers, the providing with programms, the using of modern information technologies, the combination of theoretical and practical courses, the recognition of the importance of a regional approach, curriculum building on the principles of continuity, cooperation and co-creation. Also this article describes the issues of problem situation in administrative practices that requires taking of the relevant decision. The authors determine that the problem situation can be used as a research method, evaluation method, method of analysis, study method. Special attention is paid to solving such important issues in managers training as the use of acquired knowledge in future practice and the usage the situational knowledge that’s directed to solving a particular situation. Taking into consideration that for managers in the educational sphere there are several options in a coming to a particular decision, the authors in their study offer the students the following variant of behavior, as the most voluminous and roomy.
