ДО ПИТАННЯ ВИТОКІВ ТА СПЕЦИФІКИ СТАНОВЛЕННЯ БІОЮРИСПРУДЕНЦІЇ В СУЧАСНОМУ ПРАВОЗНАВСТВІ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена характеристиці об’єктивних знань про основи біоюриспруденції, її витоки та особливості. Акцентується увага на тому, що до сьогодні біоюриспруденція не стала предметом комплексного дослідження вітчизняної юридичної науки, хоча окремі її аспекти розглядаються загальною теорією та філософією права у світлі антропологічних засад формування прав людини. Витоками юриспруденції як самостійного наукового напрямку є науково-технічний прогрес і формування четвертого покоління прав людини. З урахуванням комплексності проблеми здійснюються висновки щодо необхідності розгляду біоюриспруденції як провідного напрямку розвитку сучасної правничої науки. Визначаються основні функції біоюриспруденції як нового напрямку розвитку юридичної науки. The article is devoted to characteristics of objective knowledge about the basics bioyurysprudentsiyi, its origins and characteristics.
