У статті розглядається актуальна проблематика організації туристичної діяльності та розвитку в’їзного туризму на території України в умовах запровадження воєнного стану

The article examines the current problems of organizing tourist activities and the development of inbound tourism on the territory of Ukraine in the conditions of the introduction of martial law. On the basis of analytical and statistical data from STDA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the main problems related to the peculiarities of tourism in the territories whose boundaries are fixed in the Constitution have been identified.
