РОЗВИТОК ТА КОРЕГУВАННЯ УМОВ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ГОТЕЛЬНОЇ ІНДУСТРІЇ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу розвитку та корегування умов діяльності готельної індустрії Херсонської області в сучасних умовах. У роботі використано наступні методи: синтезу наукової інформації, аналізу літературних та інформаційних джерел, дослідження та обробки наукових статистичних даних, експериментальних досліджень, збору та обробки інформації. У ході дослідження були виявлені, недоліки світових готельних мереж, та розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення готельних закладів Херсонської області на основі сучасних світових тенденцій розвитку індустрії гостинності. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of development and adjustment of the conditions of the hotel industry of the Kherson region in modern conditions. The following methods are used in the work: synthesis of scientific information, analysis of literature and information sources, research and processing of scientific statistics, experimental research, collection and processing of information. The study identified the shortcomings of global hotel chains, and developed recommendations for improving hotel facilities in the Kherson region on the basis of current global trends in the hospitality industry.
