Abstract
У статті розглядається вплив емоційного інтелекту на
міжособистісні стосунки школярів. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до
визначення сутності емоційного інтелекту, його структурних
компонентів та ролі у гармонізації соціальних контактів. Висвітлено
вікові особливості розвитку емоційного інтелекту в підлітковому віці,
його значення для профілактики конфліктів, формування емпатії,
толерантності й позитивного мікроклімату в учнівських колективах.
Особливу увагу приділено зв’язку емоційного інтелекту з розвитком
дружніх, товариських та довірчих взаємин.
The article examines the impact of emotional intelligence on
interpersonal relationships of schoolchildren. It analyzes scientific approaches
to defining the essence of emotional intelligence, its structural components, and
its role in harmonizing social contacts. The study highlights the age-specific
features of emotional intelligence development in adolescence, its importance
for conflict prevention, formation of empathy, tolerance, and a positive
microclimate in school groups. Special attention is paid to the connection
between emotional intelligence and the development of friendly, sociable, and
trusting relationships.
