Qualification work is devoted to the study of the international legal institute of state recognition in modern international law The history of formation and development of states as preconditions of formation of the international legal institute of recognition of the states is analyzed in the work; a retrospective historical analysis of the international legal institute of state recognition was carried out; the concepts, theories, types and forms of the international legal institute of recognition are defined, the international legal mechanism of recognition of the state is characterized and the levels of recognition of the states in the international relations are investigated.uk_UA
