dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота на тему «Міжнародне право та питання жіночого лідерства у політичній сфері» присвячена дослідженню міжнародно-правових засад, нормативно-правового забезпечення та механізмів підтримки рівної участі жінок у політичному житті. У першому розділі роботи аналізується міжнародно-правове регулювання ґендерної рівності та участі жінок у політичному житті, починаючи з формування основоположних міжнародних стандартів до визначення ключових документів. Окрему увагу приділено міжнародним механізмам підтримки жіночого політичного представництва, включаючи роль міжнародних організацій та ініціатив. Другий розділ спрямований на вивчення жіночого лідерства в політичній сфері. Тут досліджуються основні бар'єри на шляху до досягнення жіночого лідерства в політиці, а також аналізуються національні та міжнародні практики забезпечення повноцінної участі жінок у політичному житті суспільства. Робота містить науково обґрунтовані висновки та пропозиції щодо оптимізації існуючих міжнародно-правових інструментів та механізмів, що сприятиме подальшому просуванню ґендерної рівності та посиленню ролі жінок у політичних процесах на глобальному та національному рівнях. Qualification work on the topic "International law and issues of women's leadership in the political sphere" is devoted to the study of international legal principles, regulatory support and mechanisms for supporting equal participation of women in political life. The first section of the work analyzes the international legal regulation of gender equality and the participation of women in political life, starting with the formation of fundamental international standards to the definition of key documents. Particular attention is paid to international mechanisms for supporting women's political representation, including the role of international organizations and initiatives. The second section is aimed at studying women's leadership in the political sphere. The main barriers on the path to achieving women's leadership in politics are explored, as well as analyzing national and international practices of ensuring the full participation of women in the political life of society. The work contains scientifically sound conclusions and proposals for optimizing existing international legal instruments and mechanisms, which will further promote gender equality and strengthen the role of women in political processes at global and national levels.
