СТВОРЕННЯ ІНТЕРАКТИВНОГО ПОМІЧНИКА СТУДЕНТА ЗІ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯМ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ

Abstract

Ця робота присвячена створенню та тестуванню моделі інтерактивного помічника студента ХДУ із застусованням штучного інтелекта "Єва". Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у тому, щоб зробити огляд чат-ботів зі штучним інтелектом конкурентів чат-боту «Єва», щоб описати їх функціонал та зробити це завдяки «SWOT analisis» та «Related works». На основі цих аналізів розробити технічну специфікацію, до якої входять виявлені та сформовані вимоги до чат-бота «Єва», «Use case» діаграми, на яких будуть зображені й описані ролі користувачів та функціонал чат-бота «Єва». Наша мета й завдання кваліфікаційної роботи розробити на основі сформованої технічної специфікації чат-бот «Єва» з функцією надання допомоги та консультації студентам та абітурієнтам. Об'єктом дослідження є аналіз чат-ботів конкурентів, на основі яких буде сформована технічна специфікація. На основі технічної специфікації буде розроблений інтерактивний помічник студента зі штучним інтелектом «Єва»./ This work is devoted to the creation and testing of the model of the interactive assistant of the student of KSU with the application of artificial intelligence "Eve". The relevance of the topic of this qualification work is impossible to make an overview of chatbots with artificial intelligence of competitors of chatbot "Eve", to describe their functionality and to do it with the help of "SWOT analysis" and "Similar works". On the basis of these analyses, develop a technical specification, which includes extracted and formed requirements for the chatbot "Eve", "Use case" diagrams, which will depict and describe the roles of users and the functional chatbot "Eve". Our goal and task of the qualification work is developed on the basis of the formed technical specification of the "Eva" chatbot with the function of providing assistance and consultation to students and applicants. The object of the study is the analysis of chatbots of competitors, on the basis of which the technical specification will be formed. Based on the technical specification, an interactive student manual with artificial intelligence "Eve" will be developed.
