Abstract
У статті досліджено педагогічні умови формування професійної
компетентності викладачів-вокалістів мистецьких шкіл із використанням
інформаційно-комунікативних технологій. Показано, що сучасний освітній
процес потребує інтеграції інноваційних форм комунікації, які забезпечують
відкритий діалог між викладачем, учнем і батьками, сприяють розвитку
рефлексії та індивідуалізації навчання. Визначено, що ключовими умовами є
готовність педагогів до інновацій, створення інтерактивного освітнього
середовища, формування культури безпечного використання інформаційних
ресурсів і поєднання традиційних та сучасних методів навчання. Зроблено
висновок, що використання інформаційно-комунікативних технологій сприяє
підвищенню ефективності вокальної педагогіки та формуванню викладача
нового типу – комунікативно компетентного та культурно орієнтованого.
The article examines the pedagogical conditions for the formation of
professional competence of vocal teachers in art schools through the use of
information and communication technologies (ICT). It is shown that the modern
educational process requires the integration of innovative forms of communication
that ensure open dialogue between teacher, student, and parents, promote reflection
and individualization of learning. It is determined that the key conditions are
teachers’ readiness for innovations, creation of an interactive educational
environment, fostering a culture of safe use of information resources, and combining
traditional and modern teaching methods. It is concluded that the use of information
and communication technologies increases the effectiveness of vocal pedagogy and
contributes to the formation of a new type of teacher – communicatively competent
and culturally oriented.
