ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ «ПЕДАГОГ-ВИХОВАНЕЦЬ» НА МЕЖІ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ТА ОСНОВНОЇ ШКОЛИ

Abstract

У статті висвітлюються питання наступності початкової та основної ланок освіти; обrрунтовується необхідність створення гуманістично спрямованої суб`єкт-суб`єктної виховної взаємодії. Автор розкриває складові успішної адаптації п`ятикласників до нових умов навчально-виховного процесу, презентує висновки дослідження щодо труднощів, з якими стикаються педагоги і діти раннього підліткового віку.

В статье освещаются вопросы преемственности начального и основного звеньев образования; обосновывается необходимость создания гуманистически направленного субъект-субъектного воспитательного взаимодействия. Автор раскрывает составляющие успешной адаптации пятиклассников к новым условиям учебно-воспитательного процесса, презентует выводы исследований трудностей, с которыми сталкиваются педагоги и дети младшего подросткового возраста.

Primary school lays the foundation of scientific knowledge, social and moral qualities of a growing personality. At this time there are formation of values, character formation of young pupils, accumulated experience of social behavior. The transition of pupil from elementary school into primary often turns into a heavy, even a crisis stage, primarily due to a set of dynamic changes that takes place in the inner world of peers and the nature of attitudes to themselves. The author raises the problem of adaptation for the pupils of the 5th forms. This article emphasizes on the importance of the continuity between primary and secondary schools. The author tells about the difficulties meeting the teenagers, about the importance of communication and about the crisis occurrences of this life period. The author gives reasons of the importance cooperation between a teacher and a pupil basing on human principles. The author shows the tasks for the teachers and finds the main points for teaching and bringing up the teenagers. Further investigation lead to the development of Programme important part of which will be steppping "school - family."
