dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена виявленню концептуальних основ становлення та розвитку кримінально-процесуальної науки, а також формулюванню обґрунтованих пропозицій її удосконалення в період відновлення української державності. У роботі було розглянуто становлення та розвиток концептуальних основ кримінально-процесуальної науки, враховуючи історичні аспекти; висвітлено сучасну кримінально-процесуальну науку за часів відновлення української державності, враховуючи міжнародний аспект. The qualifying work is dedicated identification the conceptual foundations of the formation and development of criminal protection of the right, as well as the formulation of reasonable proposals for its improvement during the restoration of Ukrainian statehood. In the course of work was the formation and development of the conceptual foundations of criminal protection of the right are considered, taking into account historical aspects; highlighted the modern criminal protection of the right restoration of Ukrainian statehood, taking into account the international aspect.uk_UA
