Abstract

Навчально-методичний посібник містить систематизований огляд теоретичного підґрунтя соціального партнерства, його історичні витоки, розвиток і сучасне проблемне поле. Авторами проаналізовано поняття соціального партнерства, його форми та місце в системі суспільних відносин. Викладено принципи й умови реалізації соціального партнерства в умовах сьогодення. Розглянуто феномен соціального партнерства в смислових горизонтах соціальної філософії, обґрунтовано ключові аспекти взаємодії між державою, громадянським суспільством та індивідом у контексті соціального партнерства. Висвітлено вітчизняну специфіку реалізації соціального партнерства в умовах воєнного часу. Авторами навчально-методичного посібника проаналізовано міжнародні й вітчизняні правові норми щодо соціального партнерства. The teaching and methodological manual contains a systematic overview of the theoretical basis of social partnership, its historical origins, development and modern problem field. The authors analyze the concept of social partnership, its forms and place in the system of social relations. The principles and conditions for the implementation of social partnership in the present day are set out. The phenomenon of social partnership is considered in the semantic horizons of social philosophy, the key aspects of interaction between the state, civil society and the individual in the context of social partnership are substantiated. The domestic specifics of the implementation of social partnership in wartime are highlighted. The authors of the teaching and methodological manual analyze international and domestic legal norms regarding social partnership.
