Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сутність та функціональне призначення
інституційно-правового механізму захисту прав дитини в умовах
збройного конфлікту. Визначено його багаторівневу структуру, що
включає міжнародні та національні інституції, а також роль
громадського сектора. Здійснено огляд ключових напрямів діяльності,
спрямованих на мінімізацію ризиків, реагування на грубі порушення та
відновлення фундаментальних прав дітей в умовах збройного конфлікту.
The article analyzes the essence and functional purpose of the
institutional and legal mechanism for the protection of children's rights in the
conditions of an armed conflict. Its multi-level structure, which includes
international and national institutions, as well as the role of the public sector, is
defined. An overview of the key areas of activity aimed at minimizing risks,
responding to gross violations and restoring the fundamental rights of children
in armed conflict conditions was carried out.
