Abstract
Розвиток регіональних інноваційних систем є невід’ємною складовою формування інноваційного потенціалу економіки країни. Оцінка розвитку інноваційного потенціалу регіону є актуальним завданням, оскільки його розв’язання дає змогу приймати стратегічні й тактичні рішення щодо можливостей його відтворення, а також розвитку його стійких конкурентних переваг. The development of the regional innovative systems is an integral part of the formation of the innovative potential of the national economy. The evaluation of the development of the innovative potential of the region is an urgent task, and its solution allows taking strategic and tactical decisions as to the possibilities for the potential renewal and development of its obvious competitive advantages.
