ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ В ЗАКЛАДАХ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я

Abstract

У роботі на основі комплексного аналізу висвітлено історичний екскурс проблеми організації соціальної роботи в закладах охорони здоров’я в Північній Америці; обґрунтовано визначення професійного поля соціальних працівників в сфері охороні здоров’я за кордоном; висвітлено особливості надання соціальних послуг в сфері охорони здоров’я в Україні; розглянуто вітчизняний досвід загальних практик залучення соціальних працівників у сфері охорони здоров’я на перетині соціальної роботи та медичних послуг; охарактеризовано програму «Здорові немовлята – здорові діти», керованої відділком Міського органу охорони здоров’я в місті Торонто (Toronto Public Health) в організації програми підтримки жінок протягом вагітності та післяпологового періоду та розглянуто можливість запровадження подібних програм в Україні; запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення для потенційної співпраці соціальних працівників та закладів охорони здоров’я в Україні. The work, based on a comprehensive analysis, highlights the historical excursion of the problem of the organization of social work in health care institutions in North America; the definition of the professional field of social workers in the field of health care abroad is substantiated; the peculiarities of the provision of social services in the field of health care in Ukraine are highlighted; the domestic experience of general practices of involving social workers in the field of health care at the intersection of social work and medical services is considered; the "Healthy Babies - Healthy Children" program, managed by the Toronto Public Health department in organizing a program to support women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, was characterized, and the possibility of introducing similar programs in Ukraine was considered; recommendations for improvement for the potential cooperation of social workers and health care institutions in Ukraine are proposed.
