ФЕНОМЕН ПАРТНЕРСТВА ЯК КЛЮЧОВИЙ ЧИННИК РОЗВИТКУ СУЧАСНОГО ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ

Abstract

Зміни, що відбуваються в соціально-економічній сфері різних країн світу, відображаються у вимогах, які суспільство висуває до системи освіти. Основна мета освіти полягає в тому, щоб підготувати людину не лише до адаптації до нових умов життя, але й до успішної реалізації її потенціалу як в особистому, так і в професійному плані. Відповідно до цих нових потреб, які виникають у кожному суспільстві, в педагогічній науці та практиці розпочалися дослідження, спрямовані на вивчення ідей педагогіки партнерства. У статті розглянуто досвід освітнього партнерства в різних країнах; представлено гуманістичні принципи, що лежать в основі сучасної педагогіки; схарактеризовано погляди щодо феномена партнерства науковців, чиї ідеї мали значний вплив на формування цих традицій. У дослідженні розглядаються можливості мобільних комунікацій як важливого чинника міжособистісного спілкування, професійної взаємодії та спільного розвитку учасників освітнього процесу. Виокремлено основні критерії ефективного використання дистанційного навчання: відповідність цілям, універсальність інструментів та зрозумілість інтерфейсу. Використання сучасних цифрових інструментів підсилює взаємодію між вихователями, дітьми та їхніми батьками, сприяючи формуванню партнерського освітнього середовища. The changes occurring in the socio-economic sphere of various countries are reflected in the requirements that society places on the education system. The primary goal of education is to prepare individuals not only for adaptation to new living conditions but also for the successful realization of their potential on both personal and professional levels. Correspondingly to these new needs, that appear in each society, researches were started in pedagogical science and practice that aim at the study of pedagogy’s ideas of partnership. This article examines the experience of educational partnership in different countries; presents the humanistic principles that lie in the basis of modern pedagogy; characterizes the views on the phenomenon of scholars’ partnership, whose ideas have a significant effect on the formation of these traditions. The research considers the possibilities of mobile communication as an important factor in interpersonal intercourse, professional cooperation, and mutual development of participants in the educational process. The main criteria of the effective appliance of remote studying are outlined: congruence to goals, versatility of instruments, and clarity of interface. The usage of modern digital tools strengthens cooperation between educators, children, and their parents contributing to the formation of a partnership-based educational environment.
