| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розкриттю за допомогою аналізу, адміністративно правового регулювання у сфері охорони територій історико-культурного значення. У першому розділі представлена загальна характеристика у сфері охорони територій історико-культурного значення, історичний розвиток законодавства у цій сфері. У другому розділі – теоретичні засади територій історико-культурного значення. В третьому розділі було розглянуто проблематику законодавства про охорону територій історико-культурного значення. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки та внесено пропозиції щодо вирішення основних проблем правового регулювання охорони територій історико-культурного значення. Qualification work is devoted to the disclosure through analysis, administrative and legal regulation in the field of protection of territories of historical and cultural significance. The first section presents a general description in the field of protection of territories of historical and cultural significance, the historical development of legislation in this area. In the second section - the theoretical foundations of territories of historical and cultural significance. In the third section the problems of the legislation on protection of territories of historical and cultural value were considered. Based on the results of the work, conclusions were made and proposals were made to address the main problems of legal regulation of protection of territories of historical and cultural significance. | uk_UA |
