Abstract

Присвячена комплексному дослідженню кримінального законодавства з початком повномасштабного вторгнення рф. В роботі дослідження розглянуто особливості реалізації принципу верховенства права в умовах війни; досліджено кримінально-правову характеристику виконання обов’язку щодо захисту вітчизни її незалежності та територіальної цілісності України; розкрито криміналістичну характеристику поняття колабораційна діяльніть; охарактеризовано кримінальну відповідальність за колабораціонізм з початком воєнного стану.

Dedicated to a comprehensive study of criminal legislation with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. The research paper examines the peculiarities of the implementation of the principle of the rule of law in conditions of war; the criminal-legal characteristics of fulfilling the duty to protect the homeland, its independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine were investigated; the forensic characteristics of the concept of collaborative activities are revealed; criminal liability for collaborationism with the beginning of martial law is characterized.
