РОЗВИТОК ЦИФРОВИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ ПЕДАГОГІВ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання розвитку цифрових компе- тентностей педагогів закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) у контексті цифровізації освіти. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності формування у них здатності ефективно використовувати інформаційно-комунікаційні технології (ІКТ) у професійній діяльності, зокрема для організації освітнього процесу, комунікації, управління контентом, критичного оцінювання цифрових ресурсів та забезпечення кібербезпеки. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку цифрових компетентностей, що охоплюють використання онлайн-платформ для професійного розвитку, впровадження змішаного навчання, адаптацію до новітніх цифрових освітніх технологій та формування цифрової культури викладачів. Окрему увагу приділено імплементації європейських стандартів цифрової компетентності, зокрема DigCompEdu, які визначають рівні цифрової грамотності та навички, необхідні для ефективного використання технологій в освітньому процесі. Розглянуто державні ініціативи України щодо цифровізації освіти, зокрема нормативно-правові акти, програми Міністерства цифрової трансформації України «Цифрова освіта» та заходи Міністерства освіти і науки України, спрямовані на створення цифрових освітніх ресурсів. Визначено ключові напрями удосконалення цифрових компетентностей педагогів, серед яких: впровадження професійних стандартів у контексті цифрової трансформації, розвиток навичок роботи зі штучним інтелектом, використання віртуальної та доповненої реальності в освітньому процесі. Зроблено висновок про те, що розвиток цифрових компетентностей викладачів ЗВО є важливим чинником підвищення якості освіти та її відповідності вимогам сучасного цифрового суспільства. Визначено необхідність системного підходу до цифрової трансформації освіти, що передбачає професійний розвиток викладачів, оновлення освітніх програм, удосконалення методик викладання та розширення міжнародної співпраці в галузі цифрової освіти. The article discusses the development of digital competencies of teachers of higher educational institutions (HEIs) in the context of digitalization of education. Attention is focused on the need to form their ability to effectively use information and communication technologies (ICT) in professional activities, in particular for organizing the educational process, communication, content management, critical assessment of digital resources and ensuring cybersecurity. The current trends in the development of digital competencies are analyzed, covering the use of online platforms for professional development, the introduction of mixed learning, adaptation to the latest digital educational technologies and the formation of a digital culture of teachers. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of European standards of digital competence, in particular DigCompEdu, which determine the levels of digital literacy and skills necessary for the effective use of technology in the educational process. The state initiatives of Ukraine on digitalization of education are considered, in particular the program of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine "Digital Education" and the events of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine aimed at creating digital educational resources. The key directions for improving the digital competencies of teachers have been identified, including: the introduction of professional standards in the context of digital transformation, the development of skills in working with artificial intelligence, the use of virtual and augmented reality in the educational process. It is concluded that the development of digital competencies of university teachers is an important factor in improving the quality of education and its compliance with the requirements of the modern digital society. The need for a systematic approach to the digital transformation of education has been identified, which involves the professional development of teachers, updating educational programs, improving teaching methods and expanding international cooperation in the field of digital education.
