Стаття присвячена вивченню концептуального простору паремій американської поезії ХХ століття, що уможливлює визначення специфіки американського світобачення, пропущеного крізь призму поетичного сприйняття. Семантико-концептуальний аналіз досліджуваного матеріалу дозволив виділити в американській поезії декілька груп паремій, пов’язаних із осмисленням відповідних концептів
