Інститут адвокатури в сучасних умовах: теоретико-правовий аналіз

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей забезпечення діяльності адвокатури в умовах сучасності та розкриттю представницької функції адвоката в судовому процесі, з виявленням проблемних аспектів, а також встановленню на цій основі подальших напрямів реформування, враховуючи міжнародний досвід. В ході роботи було надано загальну характеристику забезпечення діяльності адвокатури в сучасних умовах; визначено особливості здійснення адвокатом представництва в судовому процесі з врахуванням проблемних аспектів; розкрито модернізацію діяльності адвокатури в Україні з врахуванням міжнародного досвіду. The qualifying work is devoted to study the peculiarities of ensuring the activities of the bar in modern times and the disclosure of the representative function of the lawyer in the trial, identifying problematic aspects, as well as establishing on this basis further directions of reform, taking into account international experience. In the course of work the general characteristic of maintenance of activity of advocacy in modern conditions was given; the peculiarities of the lawyer's representation in the court process are determined, taking into account the problematic aspects; the modernization of the bar in Ukraine is revealed, taking into account the international experience.
