ОСОБЛИВОСТІ САМОВИХОВАННЯ ТА САМОКОНТРОЛЮ В ПРОЦЕСІ ЗАНЯТЬ ФІЗИЧНОЮ КУЛЬТУРОЮ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню самовиховання та самоконтролю в процесі занять фізичною культурою. Розробка цієї проблеми велася у напрямку формування умінь самостійно займатися фізичною культурою, використання засобів і методів самоконтролю при організації самостійних занять та уміння контролювати свій фізичний стан. Проведене нами опитування свідчить про те, що у 34% школярів майже відсутній інтерес до самостійних занять. Отже з метою залучення учнів до занять фізичною культурою потрібно враховувати особливості самовиховання та самоконтролю. Qualification work is devoted to the study of self-education and self-control in the process of physical education. The development of this problem was carried out in the direction of forming the ability to engage in physical culture, the use of tools and methods of self-control in the organization of independent classes and the ability to control their physical condition. Our survey shows that 34% of schoolchildren have almost no interest in independent study. Therefore, in order to involve students in physical education, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of self-education and self-control.
