В роботі досліджено поняття та характеристика елементів інституційної системи Інтерполу; проаналізовано поняття, функції та організаційно-фінансова основа систему Інтерполу; елементи структури Інтерполу; визначено організаційно-правові засади діяльності Українського бюро Інтерполу; досліджено недоліки та перспективи правового статусу Українського бюро Інтерполу. Dedicated to clarifying the definition of problems of theory and practice of the legal status of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol. The concept and characteristics of the elements of the institutional system of Interpol are studied in the work; the concepts, functions and organizational and financial basis of the Interpol system are analyzed; and elements of the Interpol structure; the organizational and legal bases of activity of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol are defined; shortcomings and prospects of the legal status of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol are investigated. | uk_UA |
