А.У статті розкрито специфіку впливу історичних соціальних і культурних чинників на виникнення упереджень і стереотипів свідомості, які зумовлюють гендерний ейджизм. На цій основі стає можливою розробка науково-обгрунтованої стратегії протидії гендерному ейджизму. The article discloses the specifics of the impact of historical social and cultural factors on the emergence of prejudices and stereotypes of consciousness that cause gender ageism. On this basis, it becomes possible to develop a science-based strategy for combating gender ageism.
