Д.Актуальність дослідження визначається необхідністю пояснення та ревізії трагічних подій національної історії ХХ ст., що мають резонанс у сучасному українському суспільстві. У центрі уваги доля людини, котра отримала трагічний досвід життя за двох тоталітарних режимів – Ступана Соснового, котрий відомий передусім, як піонер в дослідженні теми Голодомору 1932-1933 рр. в Україні та на основі відкритих радянських джерел тих часів спробував вирахувати кількість жертв від голоду. Головним мотиватором у дослідженні біографії Соснового першочергово виступав краєзнавчий аспект: Сосновий народився на провів дитинство в невеликому селищі на Херсонщині Сиваське, яке, на сьогоднішній день, як і багато інших населених пунктів на півдні та сході України потерпає від свавілля російської окупації. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to explain and revise the tragic events of the national history of the 20th century, which resonate in modern Ukrainian society. The focus is on the fate of a person who had a tragic life experience under two totalitarian regimes – Stepan Sosnovyi, who is known primarily as a pioneer in the study of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine and based on open Soviet sources of those times, tried to calculate the number of victims of hunger. The main motivator in the study of Sosnovy's biography was primarily the local history aspect: Sosnovy was born and spent his childhood in a small village in the Kherson region of Syvaske, which, today, like many other settlements in the south and east of Ukraine, suffers from the arbitrariness of the Russian occupation.Item СТАЛІНСЬКІ РЕПРЕСІЇ ПРОТИ ОСВІТЯН ХЕРСОНЩИНИ(2022) Барсук, Ю. В.У статті проаналізовано найновіші дослідження проблеми масових сталінських репресій на Херсонщині стосовно вчителів та викладачів вишів. Розглянуто резонансну справу СВУ у її регіональному втіленні у м. Херсоні. Проаналізовані типові звинувачення провінційних вчителів та прояви фабрикування слідчих справ регіональними відділами НКВС. The article analyzes the latest research on the problem of mass Stalinist repressions in the Kherson region regarding teachers and university lecturers. The high-profile case of ULU in its regional embodiment in the city of Kherson is considered. Typical accusations of provincial teachers and manifestations of fabrication of investigative cases by regional departments of the PCIA were analyzed.
