    В статті розглядаються особливості психофізичного розвитку спортсменів з вадами слуху, які потрібно враховувати при організації навчально-тренувального процесу. Розглядаються підходи і проблематика в організації якісного і ефективного тренувального процесу борців з вадами слуху. Визначена перспективність подальших досліджень. The article examines the peculiarities of the psycho-physical development of athletes with hearing impairments, which must be taken into account when organizing the educational and training process. Approaches and problems in the organization of a high-quality and effective training process for fighters with hearing impairments are considered. The prospects of further research are determined.

The article discusses the main aspects of freestyle wrestling development as Olympic sport. It mentions the results of performances of Ukrainian wrestlers at Olympic games during the years of independence of Ukraine (1996-2020).
