The article analyzes how congruence in the division of household duties affects marital satisfaction. It examines the mechanisms through which alignment or discrepancies in perceptions shape the quality of relationships, with a focus on gender stereotypes and modern role changes. The study explores how an effective distribution of responsibilities can enhance marital satisfaction and reduce conflict levels.
