The work reveals the role of social support in the implementation of social work with military personnel; the specifics of gender identity in social work with the Defenders of Ukraine under martial law were analyzed; the project of the Program (social initiative) of social support of military personnel in the territorial community was developed; an attempt was made to provide recommendations and proposals for improving social work with Defenders of Ukraine
